Best ddr3 graphic card

Hello sir. I want to purchase a new ddr3 graphic to run games like cs go, forza motorsport etc. the specs of my pc are:
intel e7200 2.53ghz
gigabyte g41mt-s2p
2gb ram.
My motherboard doesn't support ddr4 and above. Please tell best option below Rs 4000

The type of RAM your motherboard supports has no effect on graphics. You are not limited to DDR3 for graphics, you can use a more modern graphics card without issue (other than possible bottlenecking) but your budget pretty much limits you to DDR3 based cards such as the NVidia GT 710* or the AMD R5-230*

This is spot on. The type pf memory used by the video card has nothing to do with the type of memory used on the motherboard. They are completely separate and distinct from one another. Another factor to consider with a more capable power supply is the capacity and quality of your power supply.

You should also consider upgrading your motherboard memory (more than your current 2GB) for better overall system performance.
