I’m under a budget and I’ve found lots of different deals and I’m not sure what to get

1st of all, remove the FX series from your list.

There is something not desireable about each system.

I would say you would be better off building your own. Increase your budget just a bit (save for another month) or start buying your main components now and add non-critical ones later.

If I had to pick, it would be deal #2. I7-4790k is a fine processor and you get to pick out your GPU, and 16GB of ram isn't too shabby considering memory prices right now.

I would not buy a GTX770 unless it was really cheap, so the other i7-4790k build isn't that great on pricing

#3 with the Ryzen chip certainly has more of an upgrade path though, but GTX1050Ti will not let you run every game at decent settings. If that were a GTX1060 I would say go for it.
