Question Best display for people with photosensitive disability

Hi all,
So i have photosensitive disability. It is general description of my illness since i wouldn't rather not go into details here.
I wonder what type of matrix should i use in my monitor, i currently have benq display with tn matrix.
I am planning to buy a monitor, either full hd or 2k. I wonder if i can use VA matrix since it is known best contranst out there.
I never had one so i do not know if i can use it.
The only info i found on the net is "motion interpolation or heavy contrast with inky blacks and bright whites vs. more subtle contrast that is more soothing and is not a trigger to some atacks".
From that sentence i get the impression that the only matrix i can use is the tn matrix since it has best response time and less stutter. On the other hand VA has good view angle which is also good.
Not sure about IPS since it has best color varation.

OLED would have even better contrast and response times, and you would be likely to run it at very low brightness which should help longevity.

Mini-LED would be another option. Basically an IPS with full array local dimming for better contrast.

If you can, go see a line up of monitors in person.

So oled monitors would be the best when it comes to reduce eye strain? When it comes to technologies i am for are flicker free and light blue light.
 
OLED is very flicker free, again due to extreme response times. No LCD layer, just the switching speeds of the LED driver.

Avoiding blue light is pretty much impossible with any monitor technology. OLED are literally Red, Green, Blue, and sometimes White LEDs. LED Backlights on pretty much all other technologies use a 'white' LED that generally leans towards blue. Filters in the display layers correct for it, but never quite perfectly. Quantum Dot displays literally have a blue backlight and use photoreactive chemicals to convert blue to red or green, the blue is just sent on through an LCD layer.

You can of course tune any monitor to not have as much blue as it should, but that may result in quite inaccurate colors.

Currently i have benq zowie xl2411p monitor. I have to say, it is kinda perfect for me. No motion blur, no screen tearing, awesome response time, etc. I am kinda looking for something new. I tried looking through 2k or 4k monitors but they kinda sucks when it comes to the features. In my benq zowie, you could change viewing angle, the height. Everything that you could expect from modern display.
 
Depends on what you are willing to pay. Since that was a common choice, prices in general have gone up around 30-40%

Gigabyte M27Q would be today's equivalent I would say. Perhaps the LG gp850-bb

By the way do you if i can reduce saturation of colors on ips display?
