Recently, I tinkered with this ITX again, swapping in a better-quality 9600x, re-evaluated the performance of the 9070, and then verified the overclocking stability during the summer.
The total price is 9289 CNY, equals to 1292 USD.
CPU Undervolting
Since this CPU needed to work within an A4 ITX case, when configuring the PBO parameters, I did not increase the max frequency, only set the PBO Limits to motherboard. Subsequently, using Hydra, I conducted a per-core undervolting exploration on the CPU.
The exploration results were as follows:
-39 -42 -44 -44 -41 -50
After obtaining these results, I added 5 to each value and input them into the BIOS's PBO Curve Optimizer. Then, within the Curve Shaper, I applied an additional 15 to the min and low frequency ranges to prevent the system from crashing under low load.
Finally, with the graphics card fully loaded and the top exhaust fan of the case running at a fixed 70% speed, I ran the r23 benchmark and achieved a score of 16389 without overheating and too much noise. The system kept generally silent.
Graphics card overclocking
In the AMD driver, make the following adjustments to the graphics card:
Surprisingly, I got "Cool under pressure" achievement in the 3dmark timespy test.
In Cyberpunk 2077, by replacing the upscaling with Optiscaler from XeSS to FSR4, enabling quality-level upscaling, medium ray tracing, disabling path tracing, and setting graphics to high, it has no problem to play the game at a consistent 60 frames per second in 4K resolution.

In the AMD driver, make the following adjustments to the graphics card:
- Reduce core voltage by 90mv
- Memory timing set to fast, with the frequency of 2700
- Power limit increased by +10%
- Fan speed fixed at 2000 RPM
Surprisingly, I got "Cool under pressure" achievement in the 3dmark timespy test.
