Best Driver for GTS 250?

Ive been told that new drivers only optimize fermi cards. Does this mean they perform worse then older drivers on older cards? What is the best driver for a GTS 250 if anyone has experience with this your knowledge is appreciated!

Not exactly true, all you need to do is key in the GPU spec's and their website automatically gives you the correct driver.

Win 7 32bit

Im currently using the 32 bit version on my secondary rig and everything is running fine (single GTS 250 1GB).
