Best drivers version for PNY GTX 680 Enthusiast Edition

I just got a used GTX 680 and got the latest drivers but I get freezing stutters every 5 or 10 seconds when playing, I was wondering if owners of those cards could tell me which drivers they are using.

Generally using the latest drivers is the thing to do. If it's giving you problems, clean the drivers completely and do a fresh install. There are no best drivers, but you could always roll back a driver and download it from the nvidia website and then check for stability.
