Best dual TV tuner????

Hey, guys... I'm building my own machine and I'm looking for the best dual tv tuner out there. Money is not an issue. I've looked at two that are on my mind...

Hauppauge 500 MCE
Adaptec PVR 3610

The Adaptec is USB(external) and the Hauppauge is internal... I'm just looking for advice... is external or internal better? Are there better cards out there? Thanks! Again... I emphasize the need for dual.

As far as I know, they don' have dual tuners... at least none that I could find.

www.powercolor.com I know they have one, I thought about getting it but decided their single tuner would be fine.

go for the hauppage if your only dealing with analgue cable it's a great card. ontop of that it's a hardware mpeg encoding card so the load on the CPU is greatly reduced.
