So, here i am again, breaking my 6th mouse. I need help, i know, and now i need a new mouse (any tips for a technique to stop smashing mice when mad im all ears). Now, im looking for a mouse that I can get that is around 50$ that is 'rage proof'. Something that can withstand a few hits and smashes...

Simple Dell optical stock mouse. You could probably find a package deal on eBay with 50 units for that $50. Probably take the better part of 5 years to destroy them all, they are pretty robust little buggers, and are so cheap to replace, getting mad at one won't break the bank as well.

I am working on yoga and different techniques to control myself, different activities, ect. Im pretty sure this will most likely be the last mouse to meet its demise through the desk, but i still cant trust myself completely. So im still looking for a either a good mouse with warranty or a cheap mouse with warranty. And what i was thinking, was that i was going to get a nice mouse (maybe 60-80$) with a warranty, then if it gets broken just replace it. Do you think its a good idea? Thanks.

Warranty covers manufacturer defects....
Other than that, the best advice I can give is you'll need to run around town hit every office store, electronics store, computer shop etc and physically put your hands on a mouse. Some mice have awkward buttons, no buttons, wheels or not, some are larger, some smaller. Nothing worse than buying an expensive mouse, only to find you really can't stand the way it fits your hand.
Roccat is decent, Razer, Logitech, MS, Cougar, there's quite a few that are decent, exactly which one fits you, your gaming style and needs etc is pretty impossible to judge.
