Best Equalizer For Music

Hello, I'm wanting a good equalizer that I can mess around with for my headphones? Mainly since i'm getting a new usb to 3.55mm and people complain about high pitches and mids are loud.. Even though I have bassy headphones. I use the Razer app right now but it seems like I could use something much better, So any audiophiles out there could help me would be very awesome.

An Eq with lots of bands and/or parametric (user adjustable frequency vs fixed frequencies) with "Q" adjustment I think that's what they call it, the "narrowness" of the notch filter. Been out of the game, don't know if there is a software-based Eq or you have to resolve to the old outboard box.

Be aware that you can damage your headphones by applying too much boost. Boost also requires more power to drive the headphones. The preferred way us to cut other frequencies rather than boost the ones that you want louder. The curve looks the same but doesn't go over say +3db.
