Best EVGA GTX 970

So when I pull up Amazon for the EVGA GTX 970 there's a good 10 options to choose from. I'm leaning towards the FTW+ ACX 2.0+ but it's $20 more expensive than the FTW ACX 2.0. What's the difference? Worth the $20?

ya, the ''3'' series are new ''better '' cards so they can command a stronger price point

the ''2'' cards are the older models and may be slowly phased out ?? and a few have been all ready and replaced fully by the ''3'' cards

I would say ''YES'' its worth the 20 bucks extra for the latest revised card go for the FTW+

the FTW+ has the newer vrms - newere cooler and full card cooling plate so you get that 20$ worth with it

with evga the 2.0+ is a far better cooler over the old acx and now with evga a ''1 ' means reference a ''2'' means first release aftermarket card [may be a overclocked reference pcb with a evga cooler a ''3'' means later revision over the ''2''

most ''3'' cards have the new 2.0+ cooler , full card internal cooling plate , gen 2 vrms .....

I don't understand ? you mean like going to a 980 or something or in the 970 range above ??

way I see it the ssc sell the best seller nice card - nice clock - good price ? these days to me with cards is ''luck of the draw '' comes in to play more then ever

but like I was saying the 04G-P4-''3''973-KR is a newer revision card over the 04G-P4-''2''973-KR --

Just get the cheapest one with two fans and you are good. Most of the 'Dark" and 'Horse shit' editions are marketing. Not enough performance that justifies the extra premium you pay. But for aesthetics, sure. Some people want their card to have 'WTF', i mean "FTW" written on them.
