I recently upgraded every single part in my computer and noticed that my GPU when testing in furmark instantly peaks at 65 degrees and then stays at 65 degrees there for the next 5-10 mins when I test it. I've watched videos online and even with furmark their GPU's don't even get past around 55 degrees peak even with the same GPU as me.
Case: Corsair 5000D Airflow
GPU Brand MSI Gaming X Trio White 4070 ti super

Also, yes I know the front fans are just regular 120m corsair fans, I have lian li fans still coming from amazon.
6 intake 4 exhaust

Well, you have fans blowing into each other. What else you'd expect?
Namely, AIO rad fans (side intake) and front intake fans.

Make a simple test:
* remove front intake fans
* mount AIO as front intake
* don't use side intake/exhaust at all

Look if temps improve.

Also, can you confirm that those builds where you see GPU running at 55C; were in the same PC case you have + very same fans + same orientation + same fan speeds? If not, then you can not expect yours to get same temps as another bloke got, with essentially completely different setup.

Fair enough, and the temps im getting aren't dangerous im just curious cause I've seen 3 people on youtube build in the same case I have with the same fan configuration so I assumed it was the correct one.

I mainly just want to be comfortable leaving my PC on for a few nights in a row and knowing it won't have any overheating or damage.

If it's pulling 285W and only getting to 65C that's nothing to be concerned with. If you feel like rearranging things to find the best setup with your hardware then go for it, but that temperature alone doesn't make it necessary.

I'm not really sure dual intake like that is really an optimal setup given that the side fans are blowing into the side of the case which will push back against the front fans and create turbulence. It would be worth trying what was mentioned above with the side covered up and just the intake to see if that gets more air to the video card (leave the AIO in place).

This is how I have mine setup:
I have my 3 front fans running at a relatively high RPM compared to the rest of the system (~1200 RPM min and ~1900 RPM max) with CPU AIO side exhaust with fans at low RPM, video card AIO top back (240mm so 2 fans) and rear exhaust fan at low RPM. I'd do the same setup even if the video card didn't have an AIO with 2 exhaust fans top back (fan in the first slot did nothing to help temps either as intake or exhaust).

Checked the pics again and AIO is mounted at the top, as exhaust (tubing looked like it was going to the side intake). In this case, AIO can remain where it is, just remove side intake fans.

There is negative pressure and positive pressure in cases ..

this Lian Li o11 Vision has no mesh intake so as you can see its all negative so blowing air hot air out is smart and works well ..

try all negative and see if it improves other wise front mount the AIO blow cold air in and swap all the other fans to suck hot air out

Just because you CAN do it, doesn't mean you SHOULD do it. Some folks are just compelled to fill the non-mandatory spaces, even if it may not be ideal.
Filling up the iCUE 5000 like that is more for show, and not function. The front of the case is likely a swirl of turbulence, as thestryker mentioned.
For function, the side should probably be left closed, or used for the distro plate in a custom loop.

Depends on how many open spaces/seams a case has, and where; some can't have any pressure, regardless of how the fans are oriented.

Yikes. Quite the dust and fingerprint magnet... the setup doesn't automatically make it negative though. Look at all that open grille surface area at the back; I could see air easily wafting in through there... Oh, and the space to the right of the bottom-right fan too...

Actually quite the opposite dust yes by default but its not sucking anything in to the components finger prints sure but im not touching my case every 5 minutes so not a huge issue as for the back mesh agreed but im actually going to buy 2 Arctic P120 ARGB fans to place there ( havent got around to it yet )
( and maybe 1 more 140 for the bottom just to overkill and to fill the spot )
BUT
By default its quite a good case keeps the GPU cooler than my previous case Jonsbo d31 LCD and for literally no actual cool air getting blown into it im surprised at the temps !!

I may even change the 3 on the AIO to the Lian Li lcd fans for temp readouts !!
( which was also my reason for not filling the rear of the case with the 2 120s if i was going to do the Lian Li lcd fans was thinking of going all Lian Li fans 3 lcd on the AIO and the rest infinity mirrors )

Over all i love the case makes it a little more visual with so much glass!!

If i was to make one complaint it would be the vertical gpu mount Purchased separately the GPU being quite big sits on a angle still so by default it needs another brace to just make it level !!
