Lmao, wow man. You've got a really similar set up to mine -- with the Apollo, E4300, OCZ RAM, and mobo. So I guess you've got about the same budget as me, and I'm planning on getting a Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro. I'm overclocking to 3Ghz, or I wouldn't bother.

I just bought that fan for my E4300.
The only "Issue" I had with it is that it was cooling so well that it's RPM was "TOO LOW" so I had to adjust my monitoring software to not go off at such low RPMs.
This Fan seems to handle 3.0Ghz real well. I really only hear it when the CPU Utilitzation really goes up. Even then its pretty quiet.
