Best Fan for overclocking

Hello I was wondering what fan is the best for overclocking that isn't too expensive.

Pc Specs:

MB: Sabertooth Z87
Ram: Corsair Vengeance
Processor: I7-4770k

The Noctua NH-D14 doesnt work with my ram it is too large

You may also consider Noctua NH-U14S because NH-14D is a big or huge cooler and obstruct the first two RAM slots. Provide details of your system in detail pl.
