Best fan for radiator help

So my original fan for my watercooler which is the Cooler Master seidon 120V which is this one:

The fan has always been loud, and latley it has been vibrating a lot and making more noise. I would like to replace it but in my country shipping is expensive so i need help choosing the best cooling fan for a radiator under 20$ from here:

Noctua fans are great performers and low noise, can be a bit pricey. However the SP fans from Corsair are made for high static pressure specifications which is ideal for Rads. You can pick up 2 for around $25 so that's what I would recommend.

Yea but in my country shipping will end up 20-30$ that's why it has to be from the website i mentioned 😛

You need high static pressure for a radiator.

From the page you posted above, the Cooler Master SickleFlow have decent pressure @ 2000 RPM. But there are better fans for this.

Can you post a link to the page with just fans on it? Maybe we can find one that is better.

Actually that is the page for fans haha. Its fans and cooling. So you recommend the Sickleflow.

The sickleflow does have more pressure but the jetflo with higher air flow wouldn't that be better? Or the sickleflow still better?
