Best Fan-Full Case

I am looking at the DIYPC cases since they have a ton of nice pre-installed fans and some even have fan controllers.

Which one would be a better case and a better deal overall?

Any other cases in the $40-60 range that have a lot of fans in them? Please leave suggestions. They need to support a DVD drive though.

Either one should do since they all have the same internal layout+they have the same internal hardware support. You might want to note that since these cases are sold for cheap and they apparently are bundling fans+fan controller in the deal makes you wonder why the big names in the industry aren't doing the same? Fractal on their R5 have stated that their fan controller can only support 3 fans for a total of 15W cumulative. Any higher and the controller will either become a fire hazard or be unresponsive. Cheap cases also bundled in somewhat lower par fans so noise will be an issue. With all that out of the way, I'd suggest getting this one.

My word of advice, don't rely on built in controllers since they can and will...

My word of advice, don't rely on built in controllers since they can and will break upon continuous use. Best go for a case that has some or no fans and then populate them with the fans of your choice+you can pick up a fan controller that is robust and reliable enough for a long period of operation and worthy of being with you until it's end(say a few years from purchase). You could also look into PWM splitters to ease cablemanagement woes and simplify how you control your fans.
