Question Best Fan Set Up Help Please.

Alright guy's,

I need a little help could some help me with the best fan set up for the Steam Punk SP8 case please
as there is no front mounting as its TG.

Side intake, bottom intake, rear exhaust, top exhaust.

Can't really see that being done another way. Would be counterintuitive, but I suppose it could be all intake with the side being exhaust. Would be some serious positive pressure.

Alternatives would be no side fans. with bottom intake and top/rear exhaust.

Depends on what you are going with, and if you have any radiators.

Looks like the top and bottom are not TG nor filtered, so your 'best' airflow is going to be bottom intake and top exhaust.

Thank you for the replies, i only have my 120 radiator mounted at the back for my CPU

i was thinking the same with the bottom intake and top exhaust just wanted other opinions.

You want flow, not flood. 3x 120mm intake on bottom with 3x exhaust on top, chimney style, gives great flow, straight up.

Could also use a more standard approach, using 3x intake on the backside, 120mm rear and 120mm top-rear, which will give a more standard flow.

I'd not maximize fan usage, that creates circular flood patterns not flow patterns, and while air will move, it'll have less effect on actual heat. For instance a top-front exhaust placed directly above the top backside intake will do nothing, air comes on, sucked right back out, doesn't grab any heat at all, just makes noise.
