Best Flat screens to Gaming!?

Hi!
What is a good flat screen under 400$?
Is the "ms" very importent?
It should be a size 17" screen.

The ms is important for gaming but you cant trust the ms that is printed on the box so you better find a review with that information.

Why do you want a 17" for gaming? My tip is to use atleast 19".

I dont know of any good screen at 17", i have never looked for a screen that small
