I am looking at doing a SFF build in the Custom Mod Flex Mini 4.5L case, which requires a Flex ATX 1u PSU. My components are as follows:
Case: https://smallformfactor.net/forum/threads/custom_mod-flex-mini.1771/
Ryzen 2600
Some ITX Motherboard (bonus question, which mobo should I get??)
1x M.2
1x 2.5" SSD
Gtx 1050ti or 1060
3x usb peripherals
I was looking at this FSP 80+ Gold 500w (FSP500-50FGGBN):
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIABP96RB7879&cm_re=flex_atx_power_supply-_-9SIABP96RB7879-_-Product
I know a 400w PSU would probably be enough, but I thought for an extra $25 the extra wattage would be worth it? Does this look like a quality unit, I don't know how to read all the output current info. Also how hard would it be to replace the fan in the PSU with a more quiet fan like a noctua, can I just use the three pin to two pin adapter that comes with the fan?
THANKS
