Best for gaming A CPU or A Graphic card

Hello everyone
As my question says iam really confused on what to buy
Iam in a very tight so I can afford a best cpu or A best Graphic card
I really want to play every game
I don't care much about Graphic quality as I prefer higher performance
So what should I buy so tat I can play every game with good performance (not considering Graphic quality as iam used to lowering them anyway)

Graphic cards have the greatest need for performance, so err towards a better card over a better processor.
