Best for overclocking

i'm planning on buying a new computer with a 3930k. What would be the best CPU Cooler for overclocking that CPU?

i'll take water cooling and air, just not "open" water systems because I don't feel like going through all of that hassle.

I'd like to know which cooler is the best AND why its the best. please don't reply and say "duh, the h100i is the best" and don't tell me why.

I wouldn't bother with those losed looped water cooling kits. The fact is that they don't cool any better than high-end air cooling like a Noctua D14. To answer your question it will depend on a couple things, how much you want to spend and the case you have.

i'm willing to spend up to $125.

and the case i'm planning on getting is the NZXT Switch 810 (Black) ATX Full Tower

Well a Hyper 212 Evo will work just fine. If you want to go with really high-end air cooling I would go with the Noctua D14. The Evo is 35 dollars and the Noctua is 80 or 90 dollars depending on which model you get.
