Hi guys,

Time for a new mouse, and after a new monitor (Swift) and keyboard that have red LED lights, I'm looking for a mouse to match. That's the must have. What else....

I'm right handed.

Looking to spend under $100.

I do quite a mixture of gaming but I suppose FPS accuracy would be the most important.

I'm kinda half way between a claw and fingertip grip.

I don't need a ridiculous amount of programable buttons, but I would like a button to quickly/easily change DPI.

I *think* I want a light mouse, but I guess I really haven't tried enough different mice to know for sure - I just hear serious FPS gamers saying light is better.

My top considerations so far are the Razer Deathadder 2013, Corsair Vengeance M65, and the Roccat Kone Pure, but I'm not sure which of those have a red LED.

Any other recommendations are welcome. Thanks

Unfortunately different mice fit people differently. What it comes down to really is your personal preference. Light is better..in terms of weight? Light vs heavy?

This is the mouse I have and it's got to be the best one I've owned or used. Fits my hand well, rubber on the inside curve of the thumb area - 6 button. Left/right click, an additional button near the top of the left click (good for setting as grenade or whatever you like in fps), scroll wheel middle click, just below that is the on the fly dpi adjustment. Comes with a weight system so you can make it heavier or lighter by adding/removing weights.

I've used it for both games (far cry, crysis, cod:ghosts etc) and photoshop use. The graphic isn't my first choice on the body, but I rarely look at my mouse I use it. My current dpi settings have a red led in the center, very unobtrusive. (led color changes with settings though so a different dpi would yield a different color).

Comes with oscar editor and 64k onboard memory for different profiles. 3ms response time and dpi adjusts from 400-3600 with 6 levels. I've been using it for between 18-24mo and not 1 issue (other than the oil from my hand has worn some of the fakey chrome finish) - but then I work with chemicals/solvents on occasion and I also have a tendency to wear the letters off my keyboards after awhile too so lol.

This is about the lowest I could find it for - http://www.amazon.com/A4Tech-V-Track-Wired-Gaming-Series/dp/B00IRVLWD8 $40 - I think I got mine from newegg but back then they were only like $25, now they're on sale for $60.
