Windows 10 can burn files to disks without software.

Be careful with ImgBurn - once in a while its installer is loaded with "goodies".

Either that which is built into Windows, or CDBurnerXP. Don't be put off by the "XP" part of the name, I've used that for years. Yes, since XP days.
