Best G sync Gaming monitors?

I'm looking to get a great gaming monitor I have the msi 1080 gaming x graphics card so I have dvi/hdmi/displayport. I was told if I get a g sync monitor it will be better. I Play shooters fast paced games destiny 2/arma/battlefield/

I'd like to put this new monitor in the middle of my other two

(I will only be playing games on the new one just using the Lenovo for discord and utube twitch exc)
I have (2x Lenovo modle# LI2323s)
