Best game on steam for under$20

'looking for a fun game that is under 20 dollars and will give me considerable play time. Preferably Survival horror, Adventure, or Action/zombie. I was considering Resident Evil 5 or Left 4 Dead 2. Additionally i would like a game with pretty decent graphics. Any advice?
