Best gaming build on a $1200 budget?

Looking for a build in which i can enjoy VR with no fps or throttling issues. Im not looking for something that can run 4k perfectly, maybe something that can handle most triple A games at max settings smoothly. Looking to spend a max of 1200 after taxes
