Best Gaming Desktop

I'm looking to purchase a cheap desktop for my twelve year old to play minecraft so he can stop using mine. I'm currently looking at three and these are their specs. I am not tech savvy and would appreciate any feedback as to which is the better pick. Thanks.

I would go option 2, just be aware that isn't going to perform spectacularly or anything. the 610 isn't for gaming
