Best gaming graphics card for a 500w power supply under $120?

Power supply- CORSAIR CXM500M 500W
Processor- Intel Pentium E5400
Not sure if you need any more information than that, if you do ill tell you.
If there is a graphics card out there that can run black ops 2 at medium to high settings for this price please let me know! If there is none for that price maybe one that can run minecraft with shaders at max settings over 100 fps.

A R9 270X can be had for 160,quite and improvement over a 750ti, probably worth about 20fps in something like far cry 3. I wouldn't go any higher than that because you'll reach the limit of your cpu

Thanks! This card is way better than anything i have found so far for the price, and it is also way better than my current graphics card, the ATi Radeon HD 5470

a 270 is your best bet, the 270x has only 100mhz more speed core speed and about the same on the memory, that is the only difference.
The lower clocked 270 has only 1 6 pin connector, which can be handy if your psu only has one pcie connector.
I never advise people to use adapters with expensive cards.

It is different but if you want to stay below your budget its not much of a difference honestly the difference is minimal and doesn't need dual power connector's
