Best Gaming Graphics card for this PC?

Hello all, this is my first post I don't know much about hardware so please bare with me.

I currently have a lenovo pc (specs are at the bottom of the comment) and i want to transform in into a decent gaming computer, after doing some research i will need to upgrade the power supply because at the moment its only 280 watts...

Actually, if you really want to make it an gaming pc you'll have to upgrade about everything. Is it a pci slot or a pci-e ?
