I would like recommendations for the best gaming keyboard for under $150. I would like it to have somewhat quiet clicking noises and It should be backlit. I saw the Corsair K70 and the Razer BlackWidow Chroma and I loved the custom backlighting but I understand at $150 its not really an option. I heard the Roccat Isku was good along with some other keyboard manufactures like DAS.

This would be the best one for you if you want a bit quieter and within the budget. I have the Chroma, Razer said there is a stealth edition, but I can't find it anywhere. The normal versions are a bit "clicky" in sounds, so they're a bit loud, so far my keyboard has worked right out of the box with no problems at all, I really love the Chroma wave mode...

I didn't like the K70 because they said the software is very complicated to use, I didn't feel like spending a lot of time going through all that, with Razer, you just find what you need right there. Also I didn't like how the keys are so high, I didn't want to see what's beneath my keys. If you want pure performance you can go for the K70, but if you want looks and and lights, Razer is the way to go :D

I have been using the above Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth for about 3 months now and love it, good build quality, sticks to the desk and doesn't slide, keys are not loud, back light is adjustable (insane on highest setting) very happy with it.

I just got a new Razer update, added some cool things :) Now I can control how fast the speed of the wave goes and it's color pattern too, and there's a ripple mode, so cool features for Razer :D

Omg, this ripple mode is sick!!! Totally love it, might even be better than the wave mode. Every time you press a key, it ripples across to the other keys like a ripple. You can choose any color you want, for me at least since I have the Chroma. But this is totally awesome, I'm going to try to make a wave and ripple combination :D

Edit, there is actually already a multi color ripple option for me, this is the best thing ever :) Although it might not be so great at night, kinda hard to see if they're not lit up, not that a lot of people is on a keyboard pass 11pm at night.
