Best Gaming Laptop under $1,750?

Moving into an RV for the summer, looking to buy a laptop for gaming and productivity under $1,750.

There's so many different options out there that it's all overwhelming, wanted to get some opinions from people that may already have laptops around this price point. The main things I want to do on the laptop:

Play Fortnite at a constant 144 (or 240 if I can even get that) FPS. I don't mind turning my settings all down to low, just want to get that performance.
Run Adobe applications (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve.

Keyboard, RGB aren't a big deal to me, I'll have a wireless mouse to use as well. My biggest concerns are performance and cooling/fan noise.

I guess it boils down to "do you need to spend that much to get what you NEED?"

That's the limit for the budget. I'll settle for a 800 dollar one if it can edit 4k well.

Out of curiosity, would a 17" laptop be better? = $950 after MIR.
Here's a review of the previous gen model.

OR - don't suppose you're a Costco member? Here's a review of the Legion Y740 which seems like a pretty decent machine for $1200. It's also fairly thin and professional looking compared to that MSI.

The Lenovo looks nice. Yes I am a Costco member. Are there any out there with an RTX 2070 that anyone has tried?

Have a Microcenter near you? If so they may be worth looking into. I got a 9300H/8gb/1650 for $600 (originally $850).

I want to get a 1660 ti as my minimum so I can edit well, plus I'll probably need 16 GB or ram.

Yea of course for your needs and budget you'd want a better laptop but I was just saying you can save a bit of cash or get a better laptop if your live near a Microcenter.

Note that your original Asus laptop had a 2070 MAX-Q (not sure if it's the 80W or 90W TDP), whereas the Lenovo Y740 has a "standard" 2060 (not the Max-Q variant). The RTX2060 mobile doesn't trail the 2070 Max-Q by much.
