Both are within your price point and both have AMD's 4th gen Ryzen CPU's, which are currently the fastest on the market.

If you just want to decide between these two models, I would recommend you to go with MSI GP65 Leopard.

If you can spend around $300 more, then you can get the same laptop with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 graphics card
