[SOLVED] Best gaming memory for a z470 and 10700k

So have my CPU and MB picked out. Motherboard is this:

Now the native Ram support on the 10700k says 2933mhz, but I just can't find any CAS 15 ram with that speed. I didn't really want to overheat my CPU any more but would the following really cause much more heating? (Dont care about the RGB part)

well im running 3600 with C16, works wonder, you could try a 3200C14, the 3000C15 however wont make your PC sluggish at all, the difference isnt noticeable, specially on intel cpus
