Question Best gaming monitor for £200 or cheaper

Im looking to buy a monitor as I'm getting back into fps games.

Resolution 1080p or 1440p
144hz or 120hz

i have no real experience with gaming monitors but i am happy with my AOC C24G1 curved 144hz 1080p and claimed 1ms(in realety 4-5ms they say)
I went from a 24" flat 60 hz 1080p so i was easy pleased.
150ish USD

But then again i am looking to upgrade to a 27" 1440p 144hz monitor
