best gaming monitor for £200

What is the best monitor for gaming at 1080p 144hz? I play mainly counter strike so I pretty much need a low response time too. If there is a monitor that is as good that is 120hz then that would be nice too, but only if it saves some money without giving up some of the quality

classic, used by half of the csgo pros, me includding, not pro however. But it's awesome, great monitor, only slight problem is colours but that is only if you are used to IPS but that's it. Even then it's great.
