Best gaming monitor under 250

What is the best gaming monitor currently under $250? Also what are some recommended brands, and what are some to avoid? I would like it to be 144 but doesn't have to be. Needs to be at least 1080p and visual quality is most important. Would like low input lag an 1ms.

I use the Benq xl24II and I would never go back to playing on 60Hz, honestly the experience is much better.

That monitor is almost $500. I take it BenQ would be a recommended brand?

I am not sure if there is a decent brand of a monitor that will last awhile that is over 27in+ 120hz-144hz with 1ms that is under 300$ Ive been searching black friday deals for a long time and I wasn't able to find out. I ended up going with a Costco curved monitor with 2ms for 200$

That one seems really nice, have to see if there is a cyber monday deal somewhere to bring the price down. I was looking at

Which is an ASUS monitor. I know they are good on motherboards, but didn't know how good there monitors were. Saw a review saying since it is a TN monitor the color wasn't as good.

Yeah that's the one, except with out the "Z" at the end but it really doesn't make a difference.

Any opinions on this Asus monitor? Only thing I wish it had was wqhd resolution. I found an acer at 25in ips wqhd but it doesn't look as nice.
