I am looking for a sub-200 gaming monitor with thin bezels and preferably silver or white, but only if that's good. Thanks!

That system is grossly overpowered for an entry level monitor. I suggest you get a cheap one and start saving for a 27" 1440p 144hz monitor to really let the gtx 1070 operate at its zone.

This is as it is, might make some small changes.
I just want thin bezels.

We still need to know what GPU you have to make an accurate judgment on the correct refresh rate, panel, resolution, and response time you want or need. I can guess you would like the response time to be as close to 1 as possible, the resolution will probably need to be 1080p at sub-200, and the panel will definitely be TN for sub-200; it still leaves the refresh rate and none of what I said could be correct unless you tell us.

90% of 144hz 1080p panels are TN due to the fact that they like to market as gaming monitors, and therefore need to market a '1ms response time' on their monitor, and keep their pricing competitive with the cheap cost of TN.
This also widely increases their target audience.
IPS is not really an economically viable option with a 1080p 144hz monitor, and the market for 1080p 144hz is evidence of that.

What exactly are you trying to tell me? I said that it would probably be a 1ms 1080p TN monitor, but there is no reason to get a 144hz monitor if you can not go over 150 fps. That is why I want to know the specs.
