Best Gaming Motherboard

i am going to build a new Gaming rig and i have a budget of $310=euro 230 . Now i am still not sure what to buy as OverClockers don't have the Asus Maximus VI hero in stock and my local shop(Malta) has the AsRock Killer, Extreme 6 and Gigabyte Z87X-Oc. I want to know which is the best motherboard and if you had to pick one from those 4 mentioned which would you pick

The Hero would have been my first choice followed be the Extreme 6.
