BEST Gaming Mouse $20 or under?

Right now, I am using a Logitech M310 and it is TINY!! I want to upgrade to a better mouse that actually fits in my hands and has at least 2 programmable macros. I don't really need anything SUPER special but... I do need something better than what I have right now. What do you guys recommend? Thanks! Also, I am right handed.
