[SOLVED] Best Gaming Mouse Suggestions For Me

Hi,

Can I please have some mouse suggestions on which you think is the best for what I am using it for.

Mouse use:

1. Gaming mouse so need as little latency as possible
2. Playing FPS games so DPI button
3. Please have no buttons on the side this just annoying to me. Have no buttons on side only 1 max for the DPI on top of the mouse!
4. Price under £80

It does have 2 side buttons but apart from that it meets your requirements. This often goes on sales, I think I paid under £40 for mine. I’ve paid 3 times this for mice I don’t like as much. I have even bought a spare. One thing to do is when you first setup the mouse use the iCue software to teach the mouse the mouse mat surface, this does help.

I still have mine in a draw. I did like this mouse, it was one of the better ones but for me personally I preferred the Sabre as soon as I tried it. I could understand someone else preferring the M65, it’s going to be personal preference.

I was going to suggest Logitech G502 until you mentioned that you don't want too many buttons. It's a really great mouse.

Thank you all for your suggestions. But why do they all have buttons on the side 🤣. Plus I am a left handed person so with all these buttons on the left side for right handed people is a bit useless to myself.

Surely there has to be a good gaming mouse with no buttons on the side...

Sadly it's really hard to find a gaming mouse with no extra buttons, but you should be able to disable the extra buttons

I personally have the razer mamba wireless. I don't notice any latency compared to another wireless mouse I have. It has 2 buttons on the side but so does pretty much any mouse. It has dpi buttons on the top behind the scroll wheel. Has some nice RGB that is subtle and it has no hotspots. Also has come grippy things on the side. Idk if you want wireless though if you are really competitive but I think its awesome for gaming

Because those 2 buttons are very useful and seems like lots of people are using them, otherwise they wouldn't make those buttons there normally. I myself use those buttons all the time when I want to go back in browser.

Having the best gear is basic for proficient e-sports and broadcasting, particularly with regards to peripherals like consoles and mice. If there is one thing that you absolutely need to play a First Person Shooter (FPS), apart from the usual apparatus, is a mouse with which you can feel an emotional connection. Well, perhaps not an emotional connection but at least comfort, control, and reliability are a must.

Yeah, I have it for years (at least 3 years) and not only it is doing good, but it also looks like new. It's truly an amazing mouse.
