I highly recommend the Perixx MX-1000, its half of your budget and has very good reviews! I've been looking at this mouse for quite a while and have done a lot of research on it. I'm going to pick one up soon. It comes in Iron and Copper colours and has adjustable dpi settings as well colour changing leds!
