Best GAMING PC build for $1000-1300 dollars.

Solution
Slightly over $1,300, but I included an OS.

At 1080P 144Hz you really need both a good CPU and GPU so I went with an i5 8600K and GTX 1070.

At 1080P and 144Hz you need a fast CPU to drive the framerates as it put stress on both the GPU and CPU.

I could make this for under $1300 and it doesn't include OS but it kinda destroys all of yours (no offence)
There has to be something wrong right? Thanks.

Well the CPU cooler is WAAAAAY under powered for the CPU.

And you do need an OS.

g2a/kinguin ftw
and what cooler would you suggest?

Let me add to this... The case fan you chose is an expansion to corsairs 3 RGB fan kit and the RGB lighting wont work without the original kit. Not to mention, a single rgb fan in an otherwise completely dark build would look really out of place and add a lot of extra cost.
The fan controller included (the price wasn't though) would be completely useless too as the Corsair RGB fan set is controlled through Corsairs own software that connects through usb...
