Here is a high end solution with RGB on the AIO, RAM and motherboard.
I added a 2080 as the 1080ti prices have climbed equal to the 2080 and the 2080 beats the 1080ti by at least a small margin in each game.
I added a monitor to take advantage of this system. If You plan to keep a,1080p monitor then you don't need anything over a regular 1080gtx.
