Best Gaming PC Build Under $700?

I'm planning to build this pc so feel free to tell me the parts or the link with all of them together. I want to use this PC for gaming. Keep in mind that I am living in Canada, so I am using CAD$.

** A graphics card that can handle 2 monitors and can run modern games smoothly is a need.

Thank you so much!

Thank you very much for your time to compile this for me! I will look into it.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I will look into this.

Hi there,

Thank you again for your recommendation, I really appreciate it. I am thinking of going with this one. However, I have one quick question. Will that video card be able to run two monitors at once? One for gaming at high settings and one for browsing the internet?

Yes, that card would run it perfectly. I have the GTX 750 ti, which is similar in performance to that card, and I can play Advanced Warfare on high/ultra, while watching a movie on my other screen.

Thank you for your reply!
