Best Gaming PC Config For $1300

Hi guys, I'm new to this "pc builders community" so I'm asking for your help. I want a great desktop for streaming on Twitch/YouTube and I have $1300 for it. I do have a few requirements such as;

• 
  Intel i7 7700 core
  At least 16gb ddr4 ram
  At least Nvidia Gforce GTX 1060 (I would like a Nvidia g card)
  At least a 230vb ssd + 1tb hhd

So I'd apreacte it if anyone could make a part list for me.

Streaming? For the cpu, I’d recommend an intel i5 8400/8600 or maybe an i7 8700 (you can get oc version if you want). Reason: more cores, better streaming. Of course there’s AMD, but intel has a better base clock, so you get good performance without wasting too much on cooling. It should be plenty, especially considering you’re likely to be gaming. Anyways, are you buying this desktop?

That's what I have read, that's why I put at least an i7 7700. Also, yes I am buying this desktop.

Just a bit above, but this will serve you brilliantly.The Ryzen 7 has 8 cores which will be great for streaming and gaming at the same time. If it is too expensive, you can swap out the 1070 for a 1060 6 GB.

For the OS, download the ISO off Microsoft and install it but not activate it, if you do not mind an unactivated OS:

Non Activated OS has a watermark on the bottom right of the Screen. "Unactivated Windows also will only download critical updates; optional updates and optional software — some downloads, services, and apps from Microsoft that normally are free — also will be blocked. "

Activated Windows does not have the Watermark and will get all the downloads.

If you are careful of your downloads, installs, security and have AntiVirus you can run with Unactivated Windows.
