soo aim realy looking for best gaming max amout of money is 100000: p. s i wrealy want to play any game on ultra at 1440 i will have 3 monitors

you may ask how i got money for this well answer is i won lottery

Wait for 3.6GHz Haswell E to come out, compliment it with DDR4 RAM and X99 MoBo (they won't support anything else anyways). Get Razer gaming peripherals. A H110/H100i with a Corsair/ Fractal or any other full tower of your choice.
Go for 1TB SSDX4. Get the R9 295X2 X2 Cards for CF. 16GB DDR4 will be good. Or maybe wait for 800 series to come out so you may tri SLI the best of 800 series (most probably the 880) for 3 monitors. You can even go with 3 4k systems and R9 295X2 Tri-CF, but with extreme heat management.
You can even get complete racing 5X 2k display setups for the most immersive experiance.

Not sure if you're telling the truth but with an unlimited budget, I can get creative. You want to play with three 1440p monitors right?

One of the most outrageous systems you're gonna get ;)
Also, like MeteorsRaining said, you should wait for X99 and Haswell-E CPUs and the Nvidia 800 series.
