ah sorry for not answering if your floor is carpet a anti static mat is good(any brand dosent matter), a wristband on a carpet or hard floor(wood,tile,etc). or you can frequently touch a case with a psu plugged in it also works just as good. But getting the wristband or mat is handy if your really foucsed and forget to touch the case
