I want an Nvidia GPU, preferably an ASRock Motherboard, and I'd like to know what the best PC i can build for $1000-$1500 is. I want an Nvidia GPU because I've had bad experiences with AMD GPU's in the past. If the price must go over 1500 a bit, it's okay.

I'm planning on possibly adding a GPU in the future, but i already have a monitor selected. As for the peripherals, i have a mouse currently that i will use, and my keyboard will be a razer blackwidow ultimate 2014. I may overclock the cpu too. I am planning in using my PC for recording/editing youtube videos, and occasionally live streaming. I would like to have windows 8 pro included too.

The PC is built around a white and black colour scheme, if you want to you could make it cheaper and sacrifice some parts, but it's up to you, I would recommend leaving it as it is for a good blend of performance, looks, and silence. If you want complete silence you could invest in just a large SSD, and/or watercooling for your GPU and/or CPU, but the PC as it is currently is quiet without breaking the bank.

The CPU is a high performing Intel CPU, K series so can be overclocked
Cooler is one of the best air coolers, very quiet and performs very well for overclocking.
The motherboard isn't Asrock, but it's Asus who make some of the best quality boards on the market, usually better than Asrock, Asrock started off as the "budget Asus", but now they're a separate company and make high end boards.
The memory is 8gb, more than enough for any game, just standard white Kingston RAM to fit in with the colour scheme.
The storage is a 1tb Caviar black hard drive for mass storage, and a 250GB SSD for the OS and a few games and programs.
The GPU isn't an Nvidia GPU, having some band experience with AMD is no reason to never buy their products, may I ask what the problem with AMD was, because it may have been the fault of the AMD partner (who make the card's cooler, and sell it). If you want you can switch the R9 290 for an NVIDIA GTX 780, which will perform about the same but cost $100 more, I wouldn't recommend it though as it's just a waste of money.
The case is a H440 black & white, it comes with lots of sound proofing foam for added quiet, and is big enough to provide room for you to work easily in the case.
The PSU is a Seasonic 550w 80+ Gold, very power efficient and more than enough power, Seasonic create some of the best PSUs available.
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit, as you requested.

Edit: Included Windows 8 pro.
