Best gaming router for under $100?

Hey guys, so I am moving into a new apartment and my ISP has offered 30 bits per second. What is the best router that can get the most out of this offer? I am looking to spend around $100, preferably under that. Thanks for all the help guys. I have a large amount of knowledge on computers but when it comes to this I am lacking. Also, if someone wouldn't mind informing me as to what makes a good router. I am a PC gamer as is my roommate so something that could support both of us would be awesome. Thanks ahead of time!
