best gaming video card for a dell optiplex 745 sff

Hi! So, I've read through pretty much every post I can find about optiplex sff's here and, most of the requests are like, what card can I upgrade to to watch netflix and microsoft office. Well, I know this little guy wasn't designed for gaming and that's fine. However, I'm being cheap and I'm too lazy to build/buy a whole new computer when this one works well enough. So, on that note, what's the best video card for gaming that will fit in this thing (preferably with a decent price)? I'm pretty sure it won't take advantage of 2gb or that ones that it can take advantage of aren't really worth getting. The one I'm looking at is $125-$145 so that's about my max. I'd love for it to be a little cheaper. I mostly play STO (feel free to insert nerd joke here)

You got the BEST choice already, the only thing is the price, this particular low profile is already out of the production - explains price hike!
