Best gfx card for my NES build

Gtx 950 mini 75w tdp, is there anything better? Needs to be low power and small for a nes build I'm doing.

For the power use, the newer 950 that does not need a secondary power adapter is probably the fastest, at least till the lower end models of the newest cards come out.

Thanks for the reply, that's the one I'm looking at for this build, now if I could hook up 2 x hd plex 250w Psu in there then I'd be looking at a 1070 but that's a whole other topic
